Warranty and Claims Policy

Any potential claims will be handled in accordance with applicable legal regulations (the Civil Code for individuals and legal entities).

All products are covered by a 24-month warranty period, unless stated otherwise.


Procedure for submitting a claim:

1. Inform us about your claim by email at info@corallio.cz

2. Send the goods to the following address: Vysoká 3305/84, 466 02 Jablonec nad Nisou, Czech Republic

3. Include in the package the reason for the claim together with details of the original order (order number, your name, contact information, and bank account number).

We will process your claim as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the start of the claim procedure.


The right to make a claim becomes void if:

  1. The product was damaged during transport (obvious damage to the product or its packaging must be resolved immediately with the carrier. The customer is not obliged to accept a damaged shipment and must promptly inform the seller).

  2. The product was damaged due to improper handling or used in a way not specified in the user manual (if available).

  3. The product was used under conditions that do not meet the parameters and requirements stated in the product documentation (if available).

  4. The product was damaged by natural elements.

  5. The product was damaged due to excessive strain or used in a manner inconsistent with the product documentation (if available).
