Traditional Czech faceted round beads – so-called fire beads or 'ohnovky' – are made by machine cutting and then fired in a kiln (hence 'fire') to achieve a high shine. You can simply string them, use them in wire-wrapped jewelry, or add them to other beads in sewn and embroidered projects. Thanks to their larger holes, they are easy to string, for example, on nylon cord or elastic lycra. For making your jewelry, you can choose beads from a wide range of colors, surface finishes, and sizes from us.
